Feb 14: Fabric Lovers’ Fabric Swap

Search out your unwanted fabrics from attic to cellar and get ready to barter and bargain! Rent a table for $10.00 and display all your “oldies but goodies” then swap and sell to your heart’s content. This special event will clear out your stash and scraps and make room for NEW FABRIC! Any left over fabrics can be graciously donated on site to the County Quilters Quilt Guild to make charity quilts. Refreshments will be served by Sewing with Class. Bring a friend and enjoy the fun! Time: 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Welcome to Sewing With Class!

Sewing with Class continues to be an unique quilt shop offering a full range of fabrics, quilting supplies and quilting classes that has, over the years, made it a "must" stop for all quilters, from the experienced to the novice piecer. Sewing With Class now features the experience and skill of Melinda Musgrave, who has been perfecting her style and vision of longarm stitching since 1993 and is now the proud owner of Sewing with Class.

Sewing With Class is pleased to announce a new feature on our web page! For your convenience, customers will soon be able to make their course registration and payments online.

We will also be providing an online store where customers can purchase kits, fabrics, patterns, notions, threads and special offers. Watch for this feature soon!

Reminder: Gift certificates are available in any denomination to be used for classes, fabrics, notions and quilting services.

“Quilt More…Spend Less at Sewing with Class”

In an effort to “keep you in stitches” during these uncertain economic times we offer you the following:

The same top-quality fabrics, many of which will be at discount prices. On a regular basis, we will be purchasing the finest of our suppliers discounted lines and passing the savings on to you.
The last Monday of the month our classroom will be set aside for you to come and sew at no charge. We’ll have the coffee on and you won’t be able to hear your unfinished housework calling you! We are hoping that you will be able to quilt more.
We are offering our second session of Scrap Therapy with new projects. This is a great way for you to start using all those scraps that have accumulated to make more quilts. You’ll quilt more and spend less.
February 14 will be our Fabric Lovers’ Fabric Swap. Here is a chance to buy, sell or trade fabrics from each other that may be taking up valuable space in your stash. One quilter’s rejects are another’s treasure! You’ll get more fabric at low, low prices so you can quilt more!

As usual, we will be offering a wide selection of classes to suit every skill level and projects that will appeal to almost every taste.
